H.C. is an attorney with the law firm of McGehee Wachsman. He attended the University of Texas and received his BA in Economics in 1998. In 2001, H.C. received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. H.C. is licensed to practice before all Texas State Courts.

H.C. is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. He is experienced in civil litigation involving contract and tort actions. H.C. has assisted in publishing law review articles and faculty publications in legal journals.

H.C. is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin dialect); and is proficient in Taiwanese, Cantonese, and German.
