Kathryn M. Wachsman
Kathryn Wachsman received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Avila College in 1971. In 1974, she received her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. Kathryn is admitted to practice before: the Supreme Court of United States, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the District Courts of Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island.
Kathryn is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, and Bar Associations for New York, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas and the District of Columbia.
Kathryn has extensive experience in litigation including, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury and the General practice of law. She is active in many cultural and community associations, and she volunteers her time to raise money for education and youth programs. She has been a lecturer for State and County Bar Associations.
